Physical Therapist / Director of Rehab Services

  • Education: Master of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA.
  • Certifications/Training: CPR, Graston Technique, Geriatric
  • Special Interests: Geriatric, Neurological, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Joint Replacements.
  • Experience: Subacute and acute rehab working with neurological disease/injuries, amputees and prosthetics, and a variety of orthopedic disorders. Outpatient, inpatient, home health, and nursing home.
  • Personal Passions: Spending time with husband and three boys, cooking, traveling, Chicago Cubs, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.

Staci Graber, MPT

  • Education: Master of Physical Therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA.

  • Special Interests: Geriatrics, stroke recovery and concussion management.
  • Experience: Working as a PT since 2000 in geriatrics, wound care, and balance disturbances.

  • Personal Passions: She enjoys spending time with her husband, children and dog.  Fitness is a personal passion for her, and she enjoys a variety of exercise including running, biking, hiking and strength training.  In her free time she likes animal watching in her yard, especially the birds and the deer.
