Kerri Sue Stange, MPT

  • Physical Therapist / Director of Rehab Services
  • Education: Master of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA.
  • Certifications/Training: CPR, ACLS, Neurodevelopmental (Stroke) Training, Amputee/Prosthetics, McKenzie (Back) Training, Graston Technique.
  • Special Interests: Geriatric, Neurological, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Amputee and Prosthetics, Cardiac Rehab, Joint Replacements.
  • Experience: Subacute and acute rehab working with neurological disease/injuries, amputees and prosthetics, and a variety of orthopedic disorders. Outpatient, inpatient, home health, and nursing home.
  • Personal Passions: Spending time with husband and three boys, cooking, traveling, Chicago Cubs, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.

Staci Graber, MPT

  • Physical Therapist / Rehab Supervisor
  • Education: Master of Physical Therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA.
  • Certifications/Training: ImPact/Concussion Management, Geriatric, Sports, CPR, Graston Technique, Balance Deficits.
  • Special Interests: Geriatrics, stroke recovery and concussion management.
  • Experience: Working as a PT since 2000 in geriatrics, wound care, and balance disturbances.
  • Personal Passions: Enjoy family time, watching sports, playing volleyball and running.

Julie Grabandt, MPT, OCS, ATC

  • Physical Therapist / Lead Therapist / Orthopedic Clinical Specialist / Athletic Trainer Certified
  • Education: Master of Physical Therapy  from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in LaCrosse, WI.
  • Certifications/Training: OCS, CPR, ACLS, Incontinence, Sports Medicine, Graston Technique.
  • Special Interests: Focus primarily on outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine.
  • Experience: Outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, incontinence, home health, athletic training at the high school and college level, cardiac rehab.
  • Personal Passions: Enjoy reading, running, spending time with my family, and enjoying the outdoors.

Samantha Jordan, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Julie Tashner, MPT

  • Experience: Acute and Subacute rehabilitation in orthopedics, neurology, wound care, vestibular rehabilitation, home health, and geriatrics.
  • Personal Passions: Baking, jogging, outdoor recreation and sporting activities especially with family.

Joshua Bruner, DPT, CSCS

  • Physical Therapist / Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in La Crosse, WI.
  • Certifications/Training: CPR, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Graston Technique.
  • Special Interests: Orthopedic injuries, return to work/sports, running/throwing mechanics, and joint replacement rehab.
  • Experience: Various orthopedic/inpatient facilities with a focus on joint replacements, running mechanics, sport injuries, post-surgical rehab, worker’s compensation and work hardening programs.
  • Personal Passions: Spending time with family and friends, weightlifting, running, boating/swimming, and sports.

Lindsey Hefel, DPT

  • Physical Therapist
  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA.
  • Certifications/Training: CPR, Torticollis & Plagiocephaly.
  • Special Interest: Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Geriatrics.
  • Experience: Various orthopedic/inpatient & outpatient facilities and home health work.
  • Personal Passions: Spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, and history.

Nate Christopher, MPT, OCS

  • Physical Therapist
  • Education: Master of Physical Therapy from UW-Madison in Madison, WI.
  • Certifications/Training: Board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, McKenzie Training (spine care diagnosis and treatment), Mulligan Training (manual therapy), Graston Technique, CPR.
  • Special Interest: Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Postoperative Rehabilitation, Joint Replacements, injury prevention, exercise for falls prevention. Co-investigator on research projects regarding yoga practice and falls prevention.  Guest lecturer for Southwest Tech’s Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • Experience: Inpatient & outpatient orthopedic facilities.
  • Personal Passions: Spending time with wife and three children, sports (especially Chicago Bears football and Badger basketball), listening to and playing music, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.

Amy Hoerner, PTA

  • Education: Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA.
  • Certifications/Training: CPR, Graston Technique.
  • Special Interests: Stroke recovery.
  • Experience: PTA at southwest Health Center for over 15 years. Inpatients, outpatients, cardiac rehab, home health, and  Nursing Home.
  • Personal Passions: Gardening, cooking, crafts, and spending time with my husband (Jason) and two children.
