Summer Sports Performance Camp – Small Group Training
Who will benefit: Girls and boys entering grades 6 – 12
Results: Greater vertical jump, lateral speed, explosion, balance, core strength & injury prevention
Dates: Every Tuesday & Thursday June 9 – July 30 (8 Weeks)
Time: 10:30 to 11:45 am
Where: The EDGE at Southwest Health, Platteville
